General Conditions – Go Fast Watersports BV

At Go Fast Watersports BV, your safety is taken very seriously. Every reasonable measure is taken to prevent injury and damage to property. However, due to the nature of watersports activities and boat tours, certain risks cannot be completely eliminated.

Possible Risks

These risks may include:

• Hazards while boarding or leaving the boat
• Risks related to weather conditions
• Risks associated with banana boat, tube rides, and other watersport activities
• Sudden movements of the boat
• Personal injury or death
• Damage to personal belongings

By participating, you acknowledge these risks and accept responsibility for your actions while on board. You also agree to release and indemnify Go Fast Watersports BV from any claims related to personal injury, death, or property damage suffered by you or a minor in your care during the tour, regardless of the cause, including negligence by any person associated with or unrelated to Go Fast Watersports BV.

Tour Cancellation & Refund Policy

In the unlikely event that your tour is cancelled due to bad weather, technical issues with the boat, or any other unforeseen circumstances, Go Fast Watersports BV will discuss alternative options for rescheduling your tour.

If you are unable or unwilling to reschedule and payment has already been made, a full refund will be provided.

Photo & Media Consent

By signing these general conditions, you waive your copyright regarding photos taken during the tour and grant Go Fast Watersports BV permission to use your photos on their media channels and promotional materials.

Health & Safety Notice

The following individuals are strongly advised not to participate in a Powerboat Tour:

• People with mobility limitations
• People suffering from back, neck, or other physical conditions
• Pregnant women

Pregnant women are not permitted to participate due to the risks associated with the tour.

Participant Responsibilities

By signing these conditions, you agree to:

• Not use or bring illegal substances on board
• Not endanger yourself or others
• Follow all instructions given by the captain and crew at all times
• Not interfere with the work of the crew

Violation of Conditions

Failure to comply with any of the above conditions may result in the immediate termination of the tour and transportation back to the designated pick-up location.

Acknowledgement & Acceptance

By signing below, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood these General Conditions.
• You understand that failure to follow these conditions may result in cancellation of the tour.
• You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury, death, or property damage arising from or related to the activities and events associated with the tour.
