Cancellation policy

CANCELLATION POLICY – GO FAST WATERSPORTS

All cancellations must be sent to and confirmed by
[email protected]

The following cancellation policies apply for tours:

• Cancellation more than 72 hours prior to the tour: 100% refund
• Cancellation 24 to 48 hours prior to the tour: 50% refund
• Cancellation less than 24 hours prior to the tour: no refund

Any last minute bookings that have not been paid yet but confirmed by us are subject to the same rules. This means that even if we agree with you that you can pay cash, we would still apply the rules as above for cancelling.

No show = no refund.

Our tours are small-scale and 1 cancellation of 2 people is 20% of our daily turnover. We ask for your understanding in this.
